Our pharmacy network just got bigger and better. Now it's easier than ever to get your prescriptions filled.
Effective date: August 1, 2011
CommUnityCare health center is partnering with 17 new pharmacies to fill your prescriptions and serve you better. After August 1, 2011, your current pharmacy will no longer fill your prescriptions at a reduced cost. You must go to one of the pharmacies listed below.
To continue saving on your medications, choose from one of 17 new pharmacies listed below. Take your medications to your new pharmacy starting August 1, 2011.
Make the switch and enjoy
After August 1, 2011, if you have not switched to a new participating pharmacy, your drug costs will go up.
Our Central Pharmacy direct mail program will not be affected by this change.

The CommUnityCare system also offers enrollment assistance in Patient Assistance Programs for patients who qualify. These programs are sponsored by a variety of pharmaceutical companies, providing prescription medication to patients at little or no charge. Many of our CommUnityCare offices have clinical pharmacists on staff who assist patients and providers in selecting and following prescription drug therapies that enhance health outcomes. Their goal is to enhance our overall quality of care and to help educate our patients about the medications we prescribe.
