Our Approach to Patient Care

Our goal is to provide efficient, friendly, quality care to patients, visitors, co-workers and the community. We respect our patients' cultural, psychological, spiritual, and personal values and preferences.

Every patient has the right to clear communication. This means we want you to receive information in a manner that you can understand. CommUnityCare provides interpretation services as needed. We also work hard to ensure the privacy of each patient's health information.

In 2009, CommUnityCare began the STAR program. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our patients, the community, and our employees. Everyone at CommUnityCare will receive customer service training.
