Community Outreach
CommUnityCare is committed to improving the health and well-being of our community. We interact with neighborhoods and community leaders within each of our service areas. We also work closely with a number of agencies and organizations in Travis County to pool resources, share ideas, and develop and implement programs to benefit our neighbors.
