Patients seen on a Walk-in basis
Medical Assistance Program (MAP) benefits screening and enrollment: MAP screening and enrollment office located within the ARCH Clinic, 500 E. 7th St. Open Monday through Wednesday, 8 am - 5 pm, and Thursday, 1 - 5 pm. To schedule a MAP benefits screening and enrollment appointment for Thursday morning or Friday at the main MAP office, please call 978-8130. Services are reserved for homeless people only. The screening and enrollment process takes approximately 15 minutes.
Case Management:
Health Care for the Homeless Case Management services are available at the ARCH, 500 E. 7th St.
Communicable Diseases Screening:
All HCH primary care sites provide TB, Hepatitis, HIV, and STD screening to the homeless
